Cancellation Policy

Any request to cancel order(s) is subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Due to changes with PayPal policy, this is unavoidable under any circumstances.

Backorders

• A backorder occurs when a customer places an order for a product that is TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK.

• This means that MR Collectibles do not have the product available for immediate shipment, but intends to fulfill the order once the product is restocked.

• Our aim is to restock in up to 14 business days.

• Here is our policy for backorders:

1. Customer Demand Exceeds Supply: Backorders happen when the demand for a product surpasses the available inventory.

2. Order Acceptance and Delay: Please, only place a backorder if you are willing to wait for the item to be back in stock.

3. Order Fulfilment: When a customer’s order includes both in-stock items and backordered items, MR Collectibles policy is to ship the entire order together, the full order will only be shipped once the backordered item is available. If the backorder cannot be fulfilled for some reason by MR Collectibles, the item (s) not restocked will be refunded and the remaining order will be shipped.

Shipping

• Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of receiving payment.

• Items will be sent tracked.

• Most items will be posted the next day after receiving payment.

Customs, Import Fees and Taxes

• International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Please, check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

• Import duties, taxes and charges need to be checked with your country’s customs office.

Important Notes

• If you want to change the shipping address, please change it before you make payment as this is not possible after you complete the purchase.

• You must do this before you finalise payment during checkout.

• If you want to buy more than one item, contact me first then I can calculate the postage and create a special listing for you!

Terms of Sale

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, including postage and packing.
